Larkspur Buildings is a fabulous business!
We were first attracted to them for the little out cabins (sheds) they build, and are delighted with the work they did on our shed. But more than an excellent product Guillermo and his employees are delightful people to know and work with. Not only does our shed look like a true, rustic western building, it is so secure and solid that no bear or other critter could ever break into it.
Even our picky neighbors are raving about how fabulous it looks, and more than that while the shed was being constructed on site the men were careful and respectful to everyone in our close nit neighborhood.
This outfit is better than five stars!
They are simply the best.

Guillermo and his team are the best in the business, period!
When I was younger I worked as a carpenter doing residential construction, and I can promise you that your house is not as well-built as a Larkspur Building.
We had a 12' x 33' loafing shed built, and the team was on time, professional, courteous, and extremely talented. They use 4x4s, 2x6s, and 6x6s where other use 2x4s. Every detail was beyond exceptional - from the way they squared the walls, to the number of nails they used, to the quality of the reinforcing joist hangers.
You simply don't see this attention to detail very often, and our loafing shed is as sturdy as a tank!!
If that's not enough, the price is very reasonable given the amazing quality, and the customer service is out-of-this-world good!
The greater Colorado Springs area and equine community are blessed to have a company of this caliber, and I won't use anyone else. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and if you give them your business you will feel the same way.

We contracted with Larkspur to build a 12 x 36 loafing shed with an 8 x 12 tackroom. They did a fantastic job.
They turned it around in a short timeframe, right on budget, and the had the best price anywhere.
The building is beautiful, it far exceeded my expectations! The crew arrived right on time, worked hard and were all very polite and nice to be around.
They were careful about picking any dropped nails and keeping gates closed. I could not be happier.

I had two loafing sheds installed and they are beautiful and the construction is superb.
The customer service is also amazing!!!
One of the loafing sheds was not installed at the proper location (on my property) due to incorrect directions on my part.
Guillermo is working with me to get the shed relocated and has been very responsive and courteous during the whole process.
I highly recommend them for all your barn/shed needs.

I recently had 7 loafing sheds built on my property. I was completely satisfied with the results.
All sheds were installed in a timely professional manner. Workmanship was first-rate and installers paid close attention to detail.
Installers were very courteous and professional. The crew left the installation area as clean as they found it...this was important as we own horses and did not want to bother with removing nails from hooves.
I had requested some specific modifications and Guillermo and his crew were happy to accommodate.
